When sending your email, kindly ensure that:
• You follow the official journal template.
• You provide complete author information.
• You include the article ID (if applicable).

Due to the high volume of submissions, the standard turnaround time for processing is 4–7 days. If you do not receive an update within this period, please send a follow-up email using the same email thread for easier tracking and monitoring.
